John and hi team are exelent can't say a bad thing about them they do awesome affordable work in a fast exelent work place
Not the friendliest of people and not the best service. Being an A.S.E. certified technician I tend to play dumb when having work done somewhere just to see if I am treated differently than if they knew I was a tech. The manager acted like he didn't even want to be there or see another human face. The work was done, problem still existed, and they said I was have to pay to have it fixed correctly. I say do it right the first time. That's what I do when working as a tech. Fix it right the first time. Myself and all of my family won't be going back to this place.
When I went to Bruns To have my #2003 Chevy S-10 checked out the Manager told me my wheel bearings were in need of being replaced on both sides the wheels were not removed to check the wheel bearings when I Arrived home I took off the front tires there was nothing wrong with my wheel bearings. The Manager also told me my upper radiator hose was rubbing against something & it was in need of being replaced which was not true I checked my radiator hose and it was fine. I will not take my vehicle back to Bruns Service Center after the manager was trying to scam me and have me pay for work that was not needed.
I use to have burns work on all my vehicles for years and 3 years ago they did some front in ujoint work on my Ford explorer and after the work was done the kid took out my vehicle for a test run driving my explorer like he owned it. Then when he brought it back to me I paid the extremely high bill and took it home and parked it for the night. The next morning I had some running to do and when I went out I immediately noticed my front bumper hanging down. I immediately called burns explained what I had noticed and the owner of the shop said it probably happened when I took it out drinking I was pissed, for 1 thing I don't drink my husband don't drink a we don't have kids and no one lives with us. I got the bumper up good enough till I got up the hill and in front of burns I parked. Was on fire hot by then and mad wasn't the word!!!!. I went face to face with Mitch the owner cause he accused my husband of possibly wrecking it while I was in bed after he done accused me of wrecking it while I was drunk and I'm not a drinker!! Then he accused my husband of taking it out drinking and forgot he wrecked it my husband don't drink . Then he accused maybe I loaned it to a friend and they wrecked it and didn't want to tell me. I never ever loan my vehicles out to anyone not even family!!! Then he said maybe our kids took it out while we were sleeping we have no kids. By this time I was flaming mad. And our conversation became very load and other customers were hearing this total conversation. And I told Mitch it's probably a good idea he call the law up there. And I forgot to mention the whole time my husband was also being blamed for the damage I forgot to mention he wasn't even in state he was out in California working on the wind generators so it's kinda hard for him to be driven my vehicle. Well I told him he best fix my vehicle or is see him in court and Mitch says to me that's fine I'll bet ya I have better lawyers and more money to drag this out so I wasn't only being accused of this and that and threatened money wise I held my guns about his helper was the one who damaged my explorer and Mitch finally told the officer that well maybe his employe did damage the vehicle and would talk to his worker but in the mean time he'd replace the bumper fix the other scratches and check the underneath of the truck for other damages once all the work was done I spread the word to other People and never went back!!!! I found out after my ordeal alot of others were have about the same thing out of burns so they took there work else where.
Had a nail in my tire pulled up ,they gout out right in and fixed it quick! Nice ,polite priced well also
