We purchased a Home from Ozark homes in the spring of 2017. Overall we don't see any issues with our Commodore home that you wouldn't expect from a stick built home. If you're wanting a well-built home in a decent timeline it's definitely an excellent option. Commodores floor plans are well thought out and the appliances are top-of-the-line.
I have NEVER been treated so discourteously in my life by a business like this....I have NEVER given less than a 3 star review on things.... and I have NEVER written a review like this.... but this? This right here? This treatment? Is UNACCEPTABLE!!!
However the same can't be said for the dealer. As we are approaching the three-month mark we still have not seen a representative from this company to address the issues that we have. We were told repeatedly once we moved in that we would see things that needed to be taken care of and they would be happy to come out and rectify any problems. This seems to be part of their sales pitch service after the sale. Instead they will accuse you of nagging or nitpicking them. When in fact a professional would do their job and remember that sales are based on customer service. It's to the point now where we cannot use our master bathroom, because apparently the sewer vents weren't hooked up correctly and our bathroom absolutely reeks of sewer gas! We have other minor issues such as a cabinet that is coming apart and a vanity mirror that is cracked. These are minor things that could've been handled quickly and professionally and they weren't. If it ever happens that our issues get resolved we would be happy to give this company four stars because of the product.
We bought a manufactured home from them in Oct./Nov. of 2015.... it didn't get delivered until July of 2016. We FINALLY got everything hooked up..... OCTOBER of 2016. We go to turn on the furnace, because Jennifer says it is "all electric, you don't need propane"..... Only to find out (2 days BEFORE my sister moves in), that yes, it DOES need propane!!! Go to clean..... No water. Water is hooked up, but the valve that is down a 5 foot pipe.... needs to be turned on!!!! She hung up on us FOUR times.....very rude, when we tried to call and ask about this!!!
